HP Ink Cartridge Errors and Low/Empty Ink warnings

FAQ's :-

My Ink is empty?

These are refilled inks so the printer will think that the ink cartridges are empty when they are still full,

They are filled right to the top so please just ignore the counterfeit/used or low ink warning and continue to print with it as normal until all the ink has been used up on the page.

The ink level indicator will always read as low or empty and this is normal, but it will still continue to print until ink starts to fade away on the page.

It says Counterfeit?

A warning pop up may appear on your computer screen saying either Counterfeit or Used,

These ink cartridges are not Counterfeit or Empty, they are previously used HP ink cartridges that have been professionally remanufactured/refilled.

They are filled right to the top so please just ignore the counterfeit/used or low ink warning and continue to print with it as normal until all the ink has been used up on the page.

Poor print quality?

Please try the nozzle clean a couple of times using the maintenance section of your printer settings menu on your PC, This will clean the cartridge print head, If you are still facing issues then please contact us so we can help.

Incompatible or Problem with ink cartridge?

Please take out the black cartridge and try again with just the colour in on its own, this will show if one of them is working or not,

Then you can try to rub the cartridges gold chip using a rubber to to rub the round gold dots in case it has a dirt residue,

Swap the cartridge to see if it is just 1 cartridge causing the issue.
